Dear sir,

I have Been e-recharged by 47 for the avail facility STD @20Paise/ mi. On 30/05, 9.30 AM. But i did Not get this facility, Then i have register a complane (11.12 AM on 30/05) To (BSNL) customer care and i geted reply that my problem will resolve in 24 hour. Now i am continue suffering. This e-recharge is valid only for 30 day but already 8day has finished.
