Excessive high amount of bill

Our consumer number is 46390222004. In the month of april we had received a bill of Rs 30060 (net amount).and we complain for that in the shyambazar office of the CESC board. There they asked us for a payment of Rs 1060 and they also said that they will send someone to again check the meter reading and do the needful. After that they did not gave any response and for the month of may I had received a bill of Rs 33300 (net amount).

I want to draw your attention that even from the last six month the maximum bill amount was of Rs 1240 (gross amount) for the month of jan. I am also providing you the last six month details of the bills:
