Non attendance of electric meter reader and excess and/or avarage billing

Dear Sir,

My consumer No.is 09216078006, Very often I have noticed that actual meter reading is not taken by the concerned meter reader person of your esteemed organization and excess billed were charged under my consumer number. This month i.e January 20 th 2011 your Meter Reader Came in our locality and taken meater reading of almost every house except mine. That may be done inadvertently but in any way i will not allow any average bill and for that i hereby lodged this complaint to you IN ADVANCE . Pl. send your representative and take actual meter reading and oblige.
