Wrong /excess billing

RESPECTED sir,

my consumer no. is 20043132001..In Feb12 bill bill is for rs1540 against normal billing of 650 to 800. The load is same. Unit consumed shown as 266 against normal avg of140 to 160.

pl recheck the meter reading n arrange for refund or adjust it 4m the next bill.
