Cotinious high billing electiciti bill (CESE)

Respected sir,

Myself Sujit Saha -consumer of CESE LTD (cons no-64074154228), i am runningwith a small business.

since last 1year CESE is sending and unexpected amount of electric bill, which is unbearable for me.

after severl written requists there not attaching any inportance to the matter. in this respect it becomes

a havy load to me, i am unable to pay the bills.

i am requesting to you kindly to advice & guide in this regard.
