Getting cloths back from laundry man

Dear sir,

I am living in Kothrud Before 6 months I was give my trouser for washing in laundry but this laundry man not returning yet that's why i was not giving his 500 Rs. laundry bill of this month. After that I was giving some more cloths for washing to him but for these money he is not giving my another cloths back also I had really too mentally trace from him so please suggest me something or help me.
