Breeding of Mosquitoes in stanate water accumulated behind the residential quarte

Dear sir,

I am to inform that i am serving in SSB, MHA and recently posted at Delhi. I have been allotted CPWD residential quarter, Type-IV, No.0118, Sec-12, R.K.Puram, New Delhi. I went to inspect the quarter, so that I can occupy it. I was surprised to see that, there is a small garage behind the quarter and it was full with stegnet water and sewerage water. There are lot of larva which may breed mosquitoes of dengue and malaria. Further some of rooms have been occupied illegally by perhaps day time casual labour. There children go here and there for toilet which may cause fatel diseases. I also informed the concerned A.E, CPWD, but no action were taken by the department. It is requested that your local area team may visit the site and take appropriate steps to eradicate the breeding of Mosquitoes and defaulters may be penalised. Thus I can occupy the quarter.
