Sari damage during D.C

I have given a silk sari for dry cleaning before 4 months. When i opened a sari some of the part was damaged in such a way that i Could not wear it. I returned it to Crystal Cleaners, Azad Chowk, Valsad. The person gave me another bill for "sari rewash" on 11th December and promised me to do some jari work on it so, atleast Ican wear it. After 1 month when i went to take a delivery, they have not done any work on it. They returned my sari and start quarrel by saying: whatever you can do, do it at consumer court, we are not afraid of any one. Now they are neither paying the cost of the sari nor paying the service charge taken by them from me.
