Crystal BPO Erode

Seyon Infotech Chennai, we took two slots of MIMS project from Crystal BPO Erode. When we went to the office there was good welcome was given. We meet the M., D the of the concern Mr. Rajasekara. He was nice to us we discussed about the project and other terms. So we were satisfied so signed the agreement.

After that we received the project. The project was going in the given TAT time we finished the project and given back to the CRYSTAL FOR QC REPORT.

The QC report came to us. After seeing the QC report we raised the invoice for the payment and also Mr. Rajasekara informed us that we were not going to continue because we are expanding our business to a different direction.so I will return the deposit amount as well as the payment of the two slots.

But nearly two months have gone still we haven't received the payment from them. When ever we give mail. THEY ARE SAYING TOMORROW.OR THEY WILL SAY WE ARE IN THE FINANCIAL CRISES.

NOW A DAYS NOBODY PICKS THE CALL WHEN WE CALL THEM.

I DONT SAY THAT CRYSTAL IS A FRAUD COMPANY.BUT THEY WILL NOT PAY THE AMOUNT FOR WHAT WE DO WORK.THEY WILL PAY BUT ONLY GOD KNOWS WHEN THEY WILL PAY.

SO ITS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO ALL THE CLIENTS WHO ARE DOING BUSINESS WITH CRYSTAL.BE CAREFUL WITH THE PAYMENT PART.IF YOU DONT WANT PAYMENT FROM CRYSTAL YOU CAN DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.IF YOU WANT PAYMENT THEN THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH CRYSTAL.
