Convension of leasehold rights into freehold

Sir/Madam,

I habitat at R/o A-12-S, Delhi Police Employees CGHS Ltd., Plot No.9, Mayur Vihar Phase-1, Delhi-110091. and i have received a reminder letter from your side (CONVERSION OF LEASEHOLD RIGHTS INTO FREEHOLD) but i have submitted all the document with all the respective fees in the year 2007 but it is really very disappointing to know that 3years from now my request is not complete till date and I am getting the letter saying that i have not submitted the documents and they are incomplete but as I mentioned above they all are complete and I have submitted please go through again.
