Convension of leasehold rights into freehold

Sir,

I habitat at R/o A-12-S, Delhi Police Employees CGHS Ltd., Plot No.9, Mayur Vihar Phaes-1, Delhi-110091 and i have received a reminder letter from your side saying that conversion of leasehold rights into freehold in respect of my flat but i have submitted all the documents with respected fees in year 2007 and it is really very disappointing to know that till date my leasehold work is not been done and its a request please go through again because i have submitted all the documents several years ago.
