Dear Sir,

As per details given below I would like to inform you that my client has been purchased your PC 210/ Model – EX-210 LCH V Machine no. 210 V 3052 Engine model no. ISU24.6BGIT SL. NO. 41145-0007 Delivery date 16-03 at hour meter reading 4.9 warranty hour’s 3000 hrs. Warranty end date -15-09 Client name DD Singh contractors. Belwada Sonebhadra U.P. Your authorized dealer Yash Construction Equipment Pvt. Ltd. Mirzapur Sonebhadra.

Your service details hereunder –

1 – 1st dated 15-02 for new machine commissioning satisfactory

2 – 2nd dated 24-03 for service has been changed oil filter gear oils satisfactory

3 – 3rd dated engine oil lube filter fuel filter pilot filter gear oil but that time client seems in engine noise not satisfactory.

4 – 4th dated – 08-06 your engineer has been declared for check electrical circuit faults float to replace under warranty part no – TC00861 1 NO. But that time client seems same noise in engine.

5 -5th 02-07 change engine oil filter with same engine noise.

6 – 6th 13-07 your engineer has been changed turbo charger assemble and after declared & confirmed in writing for replace full engine in there job card issued by your authorized above dealer.

I would like to confirm you my client is now worth less due to idle machine he is facing big loss more then 20, 000/- per day due to idling of this above no. machine since last from 14-07 kindly keep in your record this date this is for your information also I would like to know kindly confirm me by return mail for engine replacement how many time it will take to replace further in behalf of my client DD Singh contractor Belwada Sonebhadra.

Under consumer commercial law 325/135IPC 2389 kindly my client have to know this right how many days for replacement under warranty & Telcon company have to compensate all expenses & losses to my client as well he is baring monthly installment 100, 000/- (One lacs only) & 15, 000/- for there operator and assistant because this is commercial equipment, This date must be calculate on dated from 14-07 till date for further readiness and workable handover to my client machine by your company.
