Ulternate display with power on mode

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have purchased Intel motherboard DH55TC. Serial Number BTTC018003MFBT90354104R2613 on dated 10-06 with processor CORE I-7 860. (Serial No.- L00913496). In this system we have a problem of system shut down after 30 mints. Then it will switch on/off for 10-15 Mints. Then the processor fan is working but no power on LED blowing. System is like on stand by mode. It will never start after 1 or 2 hr it will start. Kindly find out the proper solution as soon as possible.
