Delay of project

I booked the flat in nitishiree Alastonia Apartments in Greater Noida. I was supposed to get possession in Dec which is over delayed. As per the present status of the project, it is only 50-60 % complete. There is no work going on the site. The owner Mr Anil Jain is already behind the bars. There have been complains against the builder for fraud and forgery.

I am running home loan of 25 L from HDFC . I am regularly paying EMI of 20000 but there is no hope of getting possession of flat.

Please advice some recourse / solution
