I have purchased one Auro Plant (Water Purifier) Model SANSA from Eureka Forbes Limited on 29/01 Vide there original Invoice No. 009779.
The mechine was not working properly, hence I have complained to the Service dept on 15th October. While the checking the same he informed some thing is brocken and they will bring the same from Ahmedabad.
Since around 15 days is passed the service depatment has not taken any initiative to I have informed them that ether the M/c should get repaired or they have to replace with a new Machine.
I would request ICC FORUM should take necessary action with the company to get the machine exchanged due their poor response.
