Poor signal problem

Hi, this is K.AKHIL KUMAR residing at revenue colony-2, subedari, hanamkonda, warangal, AP. Which is in the middle of the city .we are facing very poor signal problem.though after complaining to customer care this problem is not been solved.kindly solve this problem, or atleast may u let me know the reason for this signal problem in this city area.
