POOR SERVICE

This is my second complaint against Eureka Forbes regading the servicing problem. I have taken three years of service contract for my water purifier from an authorised service center of EUREKA FORBES. Last time when i made the complain the agents responded immediately but when i call the agents to the numbers they have provided (938670195, 9631250743) they make no response. So is this the way to contact to you people.?? Am i supposed to make a complain over here everytime when i need servicing?? why your agents don't turn on when i make a complain to them??
