Non refund of amcof old machine on buying new machine

I had a old nova aquaguard under amc for 3 years. used to breakdown repeatedly so was advised to buy a new aquaguard withe a assurance theat AMC of remaining 2yrs will be refunded we bought a new infiniti aquaguard on 28the Jan and surrendered thee original AMC receipt and thee old nova machine but we haven't received our refund till today 15the may. no response to complaint given to customer care, emails and also after visiting jayanagar customer response center. So called officers are elusive and avoid customers after selling thee products. Please do not go for such advise as refund theey cheat
