Requsted for change of glass

Respected sir

We have complaint in Faber call center from dates 14th November 27th November 5 December 27th Decemberand 31th January. we have asked for the glass change from 1st day of complaint but there are telling there is not stock till date and we are cooking in other stove till date there is not repose from the Faber company please do the needful its almost 3 months and my complaint number is 1111227729
