Forceful purchase of xtra premium petrol

I am regular user of zam azm petrol outlet of Indian Oil Corporation, near sudha cross Bellary, in karnataka. They are forcing the customers to buy the xtra premium petrol by telling the customers that normal petrol is not available. This is a regular feature at this outlet. if you go to the bunk 8 out of 10 times you get only premium petrol. I want to know whether the company gives us the choice to buy the petrol we like or forces us to buy their choice . please look into the matter, I want clarification immediately so that I will not go the bunk in future if it is not in our favour.
