NOT WORKING

I have bought forbes trendy steel vacum cleaner on 26/11 from csd canteen ahmednagar but its not working right from day one. i called customer helpline, they said that a serviceman will come within 24 hour but no one came tiil today (7/12) I called them again & again but nothing happened. what should i do now?
