Gas cylinder Indane
False booking number on 26th jan and actual booking done only on enquiry of delivery on 12th Fe

I booked calling MA KRUPA gas agency on 26th jan and they gave booking number. When I called them on 10th Feb for non-delivery, I was told that the cylinder booking not done and the number which was given by them as booked was my previous bill number. They got my booking done when I sent a person to look into the matter. They gave number on 10th Feb as 1202 and till date delivery not done. Even the complaint book is not given to me to register this. I hope that this mial will evoke response from the concerned official. When we visit that agent, their office is full of complaints and abuse by so many consumers.

During last delivery too we faced the unusual delay in delivery of cylinders. pl look into this agency's working. Thanks.
