Efill cylinder not delivered on time

Every month after booking a cylinder, we have to visit the agency atleast two times to shout at them after which they deliver the cylinder, the period of wait for the cylinder being 1 week to 10 days. There is no responsible person in the office to give a proper response and the replies are vague assuring us that they would deliver it the next day and they fail to do so. This has been happening from over a year now and we dont really know whom to complain.

I feel that there is lot of Black market sale of cylinders going on in this agency and i am not sure which level of people are involved.

I request you to please check on this and set things right as the common man should not suffer because of some greedy dogs.
