Dear Sir,

Sub: Non cooling of A/c Reg.

I H.M.Hameed purchased Godrej 1.0 Split A/c on 22/04 at Rs. 17300.00 at M/s. Sowcar Eletricals (P) Ltd., which your retailer in plot no.1, Shop no.14, 15 & 16, V.G.P.Doctor Vimala Nagar, Velachery main road, Medavakkam, Chennai - 600100. From sep'10 month the A/c was not working properly it means the PCB Board was not cooling or working properly to till date.

I informed your customer service station no.18002095511 and your retailer several times and they gave me a consumer no.430735 and they told me that they will change that PCB board only. But, I informed to change the full set including PCB Board b'coz I heard when they were speaking about problem of manufacturing fault in that set.

I assamed to say you that I was dissatisfy with your godrej product b'coz I invested a huge amount of Rs.17300.00 that was not useful to me and not peaceful to my mind.

I kindly inform you to say that pls send your customers to make immediate service and I need the full A/c set to be changed.
