Godrej Tea Coffee Vending Machine
Machine not working even after repeated attempts to repair it

We at Narendra Plastic are not satisfied with the Tea/Coffee Vending machine purchased directly from the Godrej Company.

The machine was purchased 8 months ago and is still in warranty period. We have been having issues with the machine and the technician from the companies service provider, Gia Solutions keeps coming in frequently to fix the same. Recently the machine had been sent to the Godrej Workshop for repair, but had again broken down.

We are highly disappointed with these regular issues concerning the machine and highly regret the purchase of the same. Due to this regular break down we are facing lot of difficulties. We do not intend to continue usage of the present machine of thiers at all. Even after repeated mails of the complaint sent to them, the management at Godrej have not taken any step neither got in touch with us.

We want them refund back our amount paid for the same.
