Provided leaked gas

My complain is against Gopal gas maheshtala, westbengal. On 13 nov the gas cylinder which was delivered from our gas provider is a leaked gas cylinder. It is half filled of about 16 kg which was measured by them after our complaint of leaked gas, which came to our notice later, when it smelled. We are complaining about it contineously from then to the gas provider many times, but getting no response from their side. It became risky to keep the gas cylinder as the gas is leaking contineously.kindly take some action immediately.
