Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind attention the fact that for the last whole year I am being harassed by the above mentioned distributor. When contacted for Gas booking then even after repeated requests nobody is available to pick up customer calls. Even when the calls are received the reply if often very rude as if asking for anything improper. Also the gas is never delivered on time. As per rules the gas can be booked after 15 days and delivered with in 18 days but the rules are rarely followed.

The most annoying thing that I have recently discovered is that these cylinders for Consumer use are being supplied to various eating joints in the vicinity of Gas Distributer office. This could be the reason for the shortage and improper supply of Gas cylinders. Rumour has it that Gas cylinders meant for Consumer use can be obtained by Delivery man @ Rs 500/- (actual cost Rs 350/-). The offer I received from a Delivery man himself but instead of supporting corruption I decided to act against it!

Also I have informed Mr Sameer Sinha on various occasions who is the Sales officer concerned with these affairs but never heard from him.

Even recently I have booked a cylinder through computer on 29th April and still waiting to hear from my Gas booking. I am expecting a prompt and efficient service from my distributer. Please look into this matter and help me out.
