Irregular supply of gas cylinders

Dear sir, I had booked LPG cylinder on 29/10/10 and was told that the booking no 4180 will be delivered within 4-5 days. The gas was not delivered till 8/11/10 when i decided to equire about the same. To my surprise i was informed that no gas has been booked on 29/10/10 due to fault of booking person, so i have to book it again, which i did on 8/11/10. I have been told that i will get my gas after 5-6 days. So effectively i will be getting my gas after 2 weeks of booking. Do you think its a matter serious enough to draw your attention> If yes pls take appropriate action.
