Dear Sir,

I had purchased a pure it from Hindustan Unilever, after 10 day of purchasing we found problem for releasing the water. first i discuss with the franchise from where i had purchased. but no solution come.

then i call to customer care and the complaints but still no body came for service. this problem i am facing from after 10days of purchase.
