Same Problem Persist After Repairing

Dear Sir/ madam,

My name is Bahrat Kadam. Earlier I am purchase pureit, water filter of Hindustan Unilever, my customer ID 1928930042. I have been asking a service for this product from past 3-4 months. Every time I call them the response I will not get is their executive at home before next day evening. But they fail to attend same. within 48 hours. Problem frequently arises. They keep on promising the same on each call but there is no response in spite of several remainders from me.
