For the last six months no body has attended the complaint of battery changing.

After lodging a complaint at the so called TOLL FREE NO. I received a MEssage stating that if your given address is correct. But they had not mentioned if The address is correct then what to reply. They had said that if your address is not the mentioned one or if The address is incorrect then reply "1".

What should I do?
