Damage of Indian WC

In my house i.e. 8, Indraprasth Colony, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur owner Binod Kumar Joshi Mobile No.09929822218 Hindware Make WCs are fitted.

I find that one number Indian style WC has damaged its own.

I do not understand the reason as I have in mind that I am using best brand.

Could you please send some one after talking to me over phone 09929822218 to see the actual situation and do the needful. It is almost one year passed I have been using this WC.

If the quality is so poor then I should not rely on Hindware. I opted Hindware because of brand reputation in the market.

May I expect immediate necessary action in the matter with prior information.
