Request for disconnecting the telephone

My telephone No. 0120-2881012 is not functing properly for the last two months. Despite of my repeated complaints nothing concrete has been done. I have taken internet connection with the number which is most of the time not functioning. I am totally fed up with this. I want to continue this BSNL connection which I am using for the last 15 years but because of the attitude of the personnel I do not have patience to bear such a faulty consumer service. I think BSNL is least bothered about the problems of its customers.

It is humbly requested to disconnect this number and I may please be infomed of the process of disconnecting so that I can take connection from any other service provider.
