Not received GAS for home

Ooked gas for home delivery on09.04.2010 but till today not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, they says we already delivered to you, but i have not received, I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service happening with HP. My Gas Agency..
