Transfered connection submitted in Ratna Gas Agencies on 24.02.2011 - awaiting for Gas -Regarding

Recently I shifted to Hyderabad and residing near Alwin x- Roads. My son approached Ratna Gas Agencies and submitted the Gas connection papers and got new consumer number.they orrally told that gas will come next day. I got an SMS from Gas Agencythat "Gas Order Number :38747 has been Delivered on2011 -02 -24.In case of non receipt 9347290003 - Ratna Gas Agencies". After waiting two days, on 26.02.2011 I phoned to the number given in SMS.After strugling about half an hour I got connected. The reply is this"After giving connection, usually the SMS will come and expecting load any time. After getting load they deliver the Gas".

In this context, please let me know what I have to do? and to whom I contact?

What are the rules and regulations?

Is RTI is applicable to the Gas Agencies?

What I have to do with Gas Order?
