HP Gas
Non receipt of gas refill

Dear Sir,

I booked a refill for gas cylinder last month around 6th (i.e. 6th of Feb) but I did not receive the refill till date. I again called the anytime HP gas no. A fresh refill was booked and that again happened to be on 6th of march. Till date there was no action on the same. I personally went to the service providing agency today. They assure that they'll provide a refilled cylinder tomorrow but were quiet about the earlier booking. I wanted to have the telephone no. where I could lodge their complaint but they refused to provide the same. I tried to contact the agency owner on his mobile no. which happened to be switched off. (even the mobile no. of the owner was not given to me by the employees)
