HP Gas cylinders for household
Non delivery, gas theft from cylinders, leakages

I am a customer of HP gas company, residing in Bapunagar area of Ahmedabad. Customer no. 621832 and my HP gas agent is Pramukh Gas Agency, Near Janu Electronics, Khodiyar Nagar Char Rasta, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad.

I have lodged my request for cylinder 8th March but still have not received the cylinder. Also from past few times, the cylinders are found to be significantly low weighted which may be because of gas theft from the cylinders by the agency. Many of the customers have encountered high cylinder leakage which may put their lives in danger. Also, company is not considering application for second cylinders eventhough I am fulfilling all the criteria.
