No response on telephone and non delivery of cylinde

Dear sir, I am pained to inform you that tyagi gas agency, nandgram, ghaziabad is not responding to phone calls for the last seven days. I have booked cylinder on 18-05 but neither cylinder has been delivered nor phone calls are being attended to. Everytime I dial the two numbers (01202871150, 01202870333) dialled no. is busy message comes and if luckily the no.is tuned, the bell rings continuously and ultimately no answer message comes. Moreover, the staff is arrogant and one of their delivery boy Satbir has misbehaved with me when last time at the time of delivery, I asked him to change the cylinder, he refused and challenged me to try anything possible he will not change the cylinder. I have only one cylinder and am at a loss to know what to do. Please do the needful at the earliest and also I request you to cancel the licence of Tyagi gas service immediately.
