AMOUNT DEDUCTION

Respected Sir

I recently noticed an amount being deducted from my idea simcard account,

regarding this i called customer care and requested them to refund the same, but they said refunding cannot be done.

I further questioned them that why was the money been deducted?

they said a BGM (background music) was activated to my account.

I questioned how did it got activated?

They said they are not sure, it might have been activated by yourself.

i said i never activated such service?

They said it might be due to their mistake and they asked sorry for the same.

I asked him how can you activate any service to my number without my request?

They said this service was active on my number from august.

Lastly they agreed to deactivate the service, but they dint agree to refund my hard earned money.
