IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS CUSTOMER

My name is Dinesh Kumar R/o H. No. 116, Delhi Gate, Rewari-123401 (haryana). My gas connection No. is 452 . for the last three days i am constantly trying to book the gas for home delivery. but the dealer deliberately not responding. the bell is ringing but no response from there side. that is really painful & frustrating. I am a service man so i have off only Sunday. that why we book for home delivery. it seems that due to marriage season they are delaying the supply thru this tactics. this is really frustraing and against the consumer rights. Hoping for a quick response to settle this
