This is with regard to Pool Gate Indane Gas Service, Arihant Gas Service, at Pool Gate, Pune.

Gas not delivered for 20 days. Booking made 20 days back.

Their excuse is that I did not allow the check up person to check my connection. I did not allow him in as he did not have an I-card and did not wait for me to confirm from the agency.

Repeated calls to them have no effect. They say they will send the check up person but he has not come for 20 days.

They say they will send the gas cylinder. This has not happened for 20 days.

I stay off Salunkhe vihar road, Badhai sweets lane.
