Dear Sir,

I tried to book my cylinder from Phagwara Gas Service, Industrial Area, Phagwara. Previously the phones remained busy throughout the day. After waiting for days I got the booking through Tomo Gas and got intimation of booking Vide Booking No. 2 dated 16/01.

Today on January 27 when I made a call to Phagwara Gas Service to know about the status of my LPG refill booking. The concerned official told me that you have been provided Gas Cylinder on 6th of Jan. The said booking made by Phagwara Gas Service is fictitious. The said dealer is getting the cylinders booked and black market the cylinders on my behalf whereas I have not got the delivery of said cylinder at my home.

Now the official says you can get the cylinder booked after 21 days. As today is the 21st day so your booking has been made today. The booking clerk in most of the cases took order of booking and don’t note down on the register and system.

At one stage the dealer is making black marketing on my behalf and on other stage the booking clerk is providing unnecessary instructions
