Cylinder not delivered

I had booked a gas cylinder my agency is Kitchenaids tel no 011-41530984, Customer id 22346, booking made on 2nd january booking number 3035106, but till date the cylinder has not been received by me, i want to raise this issue to a senior as this has become a routine feature with kitchenaids we are sure of mischief of the agency for selling the cylinders in the open market in black wherein the actual users are suffering.

kindly provide a resolution and the number of a senior executive
