Poor service

One of my defective bath fitting was attended more than a month back. It required replacement of a defective component which was not available with the service personnel. I was assured that it will be replaced within a couple of days. However this has not been done till today.

Mean while another fitting started malfuntioning about two weeks ago for which I registered complaint with the company's Jaipur office.

Despite vigorous followup the complaint has not been attended. Every time I phone the office I am assured that the complaint will be attended today. However today has not come till today.
