Indane domestic gas
ALWAYS LATE DELIVER OF GAS

I am a consumer of Indane Gas with M/s Shalimar Gas with Regn No. SG-380 at Shalimar Bagh Delhi. It has been my experience that this agency always supplies the gas cyclinders very late for which it has been booked many times. Presently, I have booked the gas on the systems on 08/04 but it has not been delivered to me till 1945 Hrs on19.04.2010. I think, though the Indane has introduced the new system but there seems to be no checks on the agencies and no action is being on the agencies. In the recent past the same agency was initiated some action but it has again been restored. Can any agency take remedial action against the agency?
