Indane domestic gas
Cylinder not supplied

Sir,

My Cust. No:15496, Indane Distributor: Karuppiah Gas Enterprises, Sundar Nagar, Trichy-21 (Ph. No:0431-2459993).

Cylinder last supplied was on 12/01.Registration for next supply was done on 07/02 by the distributor though i personally went to the agency on 22/01.Till date (27/02) they have not supplied the cylinder. When approached on 26/02, the distributor says that the supply to the distributor is very less and it will take another 3 days if supply is regularly made to them.

1) What is the procedure adopted for registration of next cylinder after a cylinder is supplied?

2) How many days a distributor can take to supply a cylinder after registration?

3) Why phone calls are not connected to the distributor even after making calls continuously for more than 50 times in a day?

4) Consumers are not allowed to contact the second phone number 0431-2458393 of the distributor. Why?

Kindly intervene and regularise my supply.
