Abnormal delay in refill supply

Abnormal delay in refill supply of indane domestic gas cylinder by the Sneha Gas Service, 81/1, RAI MOHAN BANERJEE ROAD, KOLKATA108. Every time cylinders are delivered at least after a month since the date of booking even after lodging a omplaint. This time also I have booked on 14-04 under reference no. R12041414046297 & order no.11807 thru online, the refill cylinder has not been delivered as yet. I think there is a serious corruption on the part of the said distributor. Pl. take any remedial action on this score.
