Delay in Home delivery

My Self is Dinesh Kumar R/o H.No. 116, Ram Bhawan Delhi Gate Rewari. During the last three days i am constantly trying to book my Gas cylander thru phone. but nobody is picking up the phone. when we try in the evening the bell rings.but in day time no response. this is very frustrating. i am a service man in Gurgaon. we always book the gas on phonr . but i think due to marriage time they are trying to delaying the supply to home.our dealer is Haryana Gas Service, Jhazzar Road Rewari. his Code No. 541716.My connection no. is 452 and phone no. 9868980550 & 01274-257316. pl. sort out this problem.
