Non delivery of Indane Gas refill

My sister Mrs Saraswathi sreenivasan, senior citizen and widow aged 81 years residing at Dharmadam, Thalassery for more than twenty five years had registered with Gemini Gas disributor of Indane Gas, Railway station road, Thalassery Consumer No.1003 and has been using gas very sparingly all these years. When she asked for a Indane Gas refill last month she was told that since more than six months had passed after she had got the last Indane Gas refill she would have to fill a new form with a copy of ration card and a copy of .the original gas allotment form to apply for the allotment of a Gas refill and only after these formalities werre completed would she be eligible to get a gas refill.
