Misbehvaiour by delivery boy

I stay in Aundh area and my custoemer ID is 3718, i had booked a cylinder via the Guru Prasand Agency about a week back. When i called the delivery boy today asking him to get the cylinder he said that he would be delivering within an hr. That hr turned into 7 hr and even after calling and asking him to deliver he finally refused to come and when i told him that i will complain about his behaviour, he said go ahead and complain, do what ever you want and on top of that he had the guts to say that now i will not even deliver for next days.

This behaviour is not aceptable from a worker of Indane. If this continues then the only way would be to leave thi company and move on to a better one.
